At one of Skåne's most beautiful beaches, this home is located in Yngsjö on the east coast of Skåne. It is beautiful all year round as every season has its charm. Here you are close to everything. 200 meters to the sea with a fantastic mile-long beach that stretches from Åhus in the north to Kivik and further south. Walking distance to the grocery store Yngsjöhallen, which is open 24 hours a day, restaurant 1135, which is located by the sea at Yngsjö beach, Kastanjelunds Wärdshus, Otto's ice cream factory, etc. The space In Yngsjö, there are 24/7 open local life, inns, Otto's ice cream factory and Thai take away. The nearest city is Åhus (6 km), with cozy restaurants and beautiful alleys, where you can easily get by car, bus or by bike path. You live at the gate to Österlen with proximity to Brösarp's slopes, Haväng, Kivik, Stenshuvud and everything else that Österlen has to offer. There is a lot to see and experience here. The accommodation consists of 2 simple cabins that are well-suited for two families with a total of 8 beds on a large lovely fenced forest plot in a quiet area. There is garden furniture, outdoor grill, outdoor shower and where you can enjoy starry evenings and unwind to the sound of the breezes. In the garden there are hammocks, zipline and a swing etc. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric cars may not be charged to residents. Cabin 1: Two bedrooms, newly-renovated living room, fully-equipped kitchen and glazed conservatory. - One small bedroom has a double bed and another small bedroom has a bunk bed where there are also two extra mattresses. - The living room has a large angle sofa where there is smart TV. - The kitchen is newly-renovated and fully-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen table has room for 4 people, but is extendable and then provides room for more. - Toilet with shower and washing machine - Glazed patio with seating for 6 people. Cabin 2: This cottage has a large room with a sofa bed and a large bunk bed. It has a smart TV. No butts are to be disposed of on the property. Dogs welcome! Welcome to our paradise! Guest access Guests have access to everything on the property except the hot tub. The maximum weight for the swings is 20 kilos and use is entirely at your own risk. There's also a zipline for children where you can go between the trees. Max. 80 kg and this is also at your own risk. Keep in mind that it goes fast and you have to stop the speed with your legs at the end. Other things to note The hot tub is not included in the rental of the cottage and may therefore not be used. Electric cars must not be charged because the power cannot handle it. It will overheat and the power will go out.
