There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on the premises. There is a basement apartment that has it's own entrance. Also, the homes in the area, including this space, use well water. Well water can sometimes stain fixtures or have a smell. We do our best to mitigate it, but sometimes it's unavoidable. According to our recent guests they have shared that they didn’t notice anything.
