Trendy family Cammeray home comfortably sleeps 6 with Sydney's stunning harbour, city & beaches on your doorstep. Open plan living, dining, gourmet kitchen leads to external entertaining areas & gas BBQ. Air-con & ceiling fans, hotel quality linen. Just moments to the lovely cafes & boutique shops of Cammeray village, and less than 6kms to the Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Balmoral beach and Taronga Zoo. Family friendly with toys, trampoline , basic pool (W -2ml/L -4m,/D -1m) & resident cat. The space Lovely and light 2 story home with polished timber floors throughout. Open plan living downstairs. Outside entertaining areas to relax in, including trampoline for the kids. 3 large double bedrooms, plus smaller 'chilllout' room (with Smart TV, sofa and toy cupboards which your children are free to enjoy). 2 bathrooms (1 up and 1 downstairs). Wifi throughout the house and Foxtel (Cable TV - limited channels) in lounge room . Sonos in kitchen and upstairs master bedroom. Backyard has a small trampoline and also a very basic above ground pool (ladder entry/exit) behind a childproof gate for guests to enjoy on hot days - please see photos. Adult supervision of any child using the pool is obviously mandatory. Child proof pool gate can be locked by guests if they wish. Please make sure that the trampoline is NOT moved closer to pool fence - it must remain a minimum of 1 metre away from the pool gate. PLEASE NOTE: Short-haired, sweet natured but shy tabby cat "Dan" will be at the property during your stay. Guests to feed him once a day please. You will probably not see him much other than if he comes in late at night to sit on the sofa (he has his own cat door and is shy with new people). House price has been reduced to reflect this. Guest access Guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property, including the swimming pool which is behind lockable gate/fence. Other things to note The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all guests staying prior to check in for security purposes. Mail will be collected from mailbox in front gate every few days. Gardener comes fortnightly to mow lawn. PARKING There is lots of all day parking (no time limits or cost ever) on the street to the right of house if you are facing the road and on the entire side of the street direct opposite the house. There are 3 car parks to the left of the house if you’re facing the road which are free but have a 2 hour limit Mon-Fri from 8.30am-5pm - this area is clearly sign posted and there are no time limits on weekends.
