Ideally located, between rebuilt center and the train station, you will find everything nearby in this cozy and warm apartment (Danton district). A large double living room overlooking a balcony and open view of the city (east exposure). Beautiful sunrises to watch! Very spacious, quiet, bright and comfortable, you will find a sofa bed, a large dining table and enough to listen to music. There is no TV but an internet connection. Separate-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic glass plate, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine. West exposure, to see the sunsets behind the cliff. A small cozy room with a double bed. A shower room with large shower. Separate toilet. The neighborhood is very quiet, thank you for doing the same. The apartment is located within a 10 minute walk to SNCF Station and COTY Mall. In 15-minute walk you will reach the reconstructed center Perret and the beach in 25 minutes. Many transports are nearby (tram, bus). Other things to note This apartment is my primary residence, the place where I live year-round. You will therefore find all the equipment necessary for your stay. Books, vinyl, grocery, dishes, everything is accessible to you. Please take care of everything you need. Presence of my cat who is very calm and will be discreet during your stay.
