The space Our space, Kitnet Aconchego, provides full privacy to guests, without any contact with hosts. Kitchen: Fully equipped with table, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee and sugar, sandwich maker, blender, as well as pots, dishes, glasses, glasses, water filter, cutlery and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals. Bedroom: Queen bed and a single bed, both with bedding and pillows, blankets, air conditioning, fan, 40"smart TV, all TV channels, full body mirror, iron and wardrobe, ensuring comfort and practicality. Bathroom: We offer soaps, bath and face towels, hot shower, blindex box, wide mirror, all new and very clean. A few notes: The Kitnet is located on the 2nd floor, accessible only by stairs, which unfortunately makes it difficult for people with disabilities to stay. We do not have our own parking, but guests can park their cars in front of Kitnet; there is always space available. The place is peaceful and without risk. Guest access Guests self check-in, with no contact with the host. It has exclusive access to the entire kitnet, the space is fully private, ensuring comfort and freedom throughout the stay. Other things to note Although we don't have parking, the street is quiet and safe. You can leave your car or motorcycle right in front of the kitnet, with cameras monitoring the area and direct visibility from the window. We do not accept pets, smoking is not allowed (not even at the windows) and access is via a short staircase.
