Built recently, but in a traditional style, this charming and spacious villa has the architecture and cortijos character of the region, with a patio in the middle of it. The style of construction with thick walls enables it to remain cool in summer, without the air conditioning. In winter, there is underfloor heating throughout the house and wood available for a large fireplace in the sitting room. The house is on a single floor, organised in 2 parts around the central patio - this separates the living areas from the bedrooms. The main house includes: - a large kitchen 30sqm, very well equipped (american refrigerator, gaz cooker with a large electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher...) with a large table for meals. - adjacent to the kitchen, a large pantry to store provisions, with also a washing machine. - a double sitting room 50sqm with a fireplace in the middle and a study space. - a covered terrace, surrounded by rose bushes for meals as well as relaxation (sofas, armchairs and a swing). - a 22 sqm en-suite bedroom with dressing room and bathroom (toilets, bathtub and walk in shower). - a separate toilet with washbasin.
