Here you will find all you need for a perfect stay. Feel inspired by this new decorated apartment. It is located in the best spot of Lourdes, one of the best and richest neighbourhoods of Belo Horizonte. You will be close to shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and loads of restaurants and bars just a few meters walking down the street. It is also very silent when you close the windows. We provide the main amenities of bed and shower, and also kitchen supplies. Pets up to 10kg are allowed. The space We provide Trusseaux and Karsten towels, and Westwing Collection bed linen. You can watch Netflix and Prime Video (through your own account) on our extendable sofa. The water filter is an ionizer and ozoniser, giving plenty of health benefits. Guest access The apartment is super well located! You can find everything you need just a few meters by feet, such as markets, stores, malls, restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. There’s also bus lines very close to the building. There’s a street paid parking just in front of the building, and a private paid parking in the surroundings, in case you come by car. There are two cops standing 24 hours in a public building besides, what makes the street a very safe place. Other things to note Long visits are not allowed and overnights will be considered additional guests, including extra taxes per person. Parties and events are forbidden. The building has 24h electronic concierge service, and you can enter through the QR code sent to your phone just before the check in. Long stays (+20 days) will have a tag for entrance. There’s also an intercom system to the apartment, so you can be called for iFood or packages delivery :) There’s a washing machine and a dryer in the building, available for stays longer than 14 days, and against payment per use (R$15 to wash and R$15 to dry), according to the rules of the building.
