The property is an apartment revised with some modern keys in a historic structure, offering breathtaking views of Portovenere and picturesque sunsets. The well-kept and elegantly furnished garden extends to the olive grove. Lerici, Tellaro, 5 Terre, Portovenere, and the islands are easily accessible on foot, by bus or water bus. The space The house, an ancient structure with brick sail vaults, maintains the rural character while being equipped with all modern comforts. From the private garden, you can peacefully enjoy the view of the sea stretching from the Gulf of Poets to the Portovenere canal and Tino Island, and relax in the sun on the comfortable loungers or swing on the swing set under a pear tree. A gazebo furnished with a table and chairs will allow you to have lunch and dinner outdoors with a postcard view, even in the cold seasons thanks to an infrared heater. With the aromas of the garden, you can cook your dishes or grill meat or fish on the outdoor barbecue, adding a touch of Ligurian flavors. A children's trampoline, a hammock, a suspended rocking chair, and a table in the shade of the maritime pines with a sea view complete the property. The property is fully fenced. New for 2026 - A small-scale multi-game table for children, and also... for adults: foosball, ping pong, billiards, table hockey, bowling, shuffleboard, chess, checkers, backgammon, cards... Guest access The private garden, the “Path of Aromas,” the adjacent paths, the outdoor tables, the sun loungers and deck chairs, the children’s trampoline, and a hammock are at the guests’ complete disposal. We also provide our guests with 2 permits for free parking in the spaces reserved for La Serra residents. Other things to note Thanks to the particular location, the house and the garden, naturally cooled by the sea breeze, are a place of full relaxation where you can admire the view, contemplate nature, read a book, sunbathe or eat good food. Air conditioning is present in the rooms. An infrared heater above the outdoor table is available during the colder seasons.
