My studio apartment is a homy and modern loft, located in a typical building of the 30's, in the historical district of Pigneto, close to the pedestrian area, quiet and peaceful location close to the heart of the city. Pigneto was a countryside area outside the ancient walls where houses were built to cater for workers and their families. Now it's a neighborhood where one never rests and music is always in the air. The space The house is a very light-filled open space of 39 square meters. A quiet apartment on the raised ground floor, opening onto an internal courtyard. If you want to sleep peacefully and enjoy not touristic wine bars at the same time this location is ideal. Good wi-fi connection (perfect to smart working). Air conditioning throughout the house. The loft, especially the kitchen, is very equipped because it has been my house before my son was born. At guests’ disposal there is only a portion of the cabinet. My home is perfect for anyone who wants to easily visit all the best attractions and explore the city from south-east. Why not start from here? Guest access CHECK-IN is possible between 2PM and 8PM but if it’s possible I will be happy to welcome you sooner than expected. If you need to check-in outside this time (2PM/8PM) always ask me availability before. Anyway, if possible, after 8PM is required an extra cost: 8PM/10PM + 10,00 € 10PM/Midnight + 20,00 € For stays of 1 month an extra cleaning fee is required (+30,00€) which I cannot set directly on the ad. The amount will be requested informally through airbnb at the end of your stay. Other things to note The house is very close to different public transport.
