It is a 5-minute drive from Sestri Levante and a 30-minute train ride from the Cinque Terre. Completely renovated, equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI and private parking, ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio, to visit nearby towns such as Sestri Levante, Portofino and Santa Margherita, Moneglia and Levanto. Furthermore, Genoa is 45km away. The space The apartment is located on the third floor of four of a building without a lift, and can therefore be reached via comfortable and modern stairs. It opens onto a living area which includes a part used as a living room with sofa and dining table and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals during your stay: hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer , microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and crockery. Large French windows make the environment fresh and bright and give access to the beautiful 30 square meter veranda, equipped with sofa and armchairs, dining table and television and surrounded by windows that offer an incredible view of the sea a few meters away from you ! An ideal place to spend the summer days and evenings, having lunch or dinner outside while fully enjoying the view. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds for a total of four beds. A cot/crib for children is also available. Finally you will find a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures and large shower. In the house there is free WI-FI connection and AIR CONDITIONING. There is heating for the winter months. The house has a private outdoor parking located about 100 meters from the house. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM and by parking your car in the designated spot, without using other parking spaces or obstructing other people's access. Other things to note POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €1/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 15 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER. OPTIONS TO GET TO THE APARTMENT: By car, take the A12 motorway to the Sestri Levante exit. Journey by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting with the Central Station active in each terminal approximately every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains leave from the Central Station in the direction of Genoa-La Spezia and stop at the Sestri Levante station (about two and a half hours journey). From here a train leaves every hour and in three minutes arrives at the Riva Trigoso station, which is 1.5 km from the house, about fifteen minutes on foot. Otherwise, a few minutes' walk from Sestri station, in Viale Mazzini, buses leave for Riva Trigoso which in 15 minutes take you to the bus stop closest to the apartment (about 500 meters from the house). From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that connect the airport directly to Pisa Central Station. Operative every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey of about 5 minutes) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey by intercity, two and a half by regional). From here a train leaves every hour and in three minutes arrives at the Riva Trigoso station, which is 1.5 km from the house, about fifteen minutes on foot. From the Colombo airport of Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus, which stops outside the Arrivals area, you can get to the Genoa Piazza Principe railway station in about 30 minutes. The service is active every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all journeys on the AMT network.
