Rosebud Beach Getaway - WALK to everything, 2 fams

FANTASTIC LOCATION! WALK TO EVERTHING in less than 10 mins, incl. beach, cafes, shops 3bdr beach holiday home with large back yard and outdoor dining space. Kitchen along one wall of the living area, an 8 seater dining table, huge comfy couch & TV (dvds, books & games too). BYO LINEN: K, Q, 5xS -sheets, pillowcases & towels needed Pets OK outside SCHOOLIES bookings MUST be pre-approved. The space Our holiday home is owned by two families who have holidayed together since our kids were in kinder, we have had so much fun over the years that we now have our own place. The house isn't big, but we find it great and the location is perfect, away from the main noisy roads but still so close to walk everywhere. We have tried to think of most things a family (or two families) will need in the house, but please note we do not have wi-fi. Big backyard and pets are welcome of course, but they must be kept outside at all times. Be mindful of our neighbours and do not bring dogs that bark constantly, dig or could be likely to damage anything PLEASE! Guest access You can walk to everything and there is room for two cars in the driveway on the property. A key lock box gives guests self check in and check out. Other things to note Please note: we are still updating the house, so decor may change by the time you stay. Eg. The floors have been re-polished Tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods (starbucks) and a selection of basic condiments are available for your use. There is no internet. The house MUST be left clean and tidy upon check out or extra cleaning charges will apply. Our regular 2 hour cleaning charge included with your booking is much lower than average, so please leave it as you find it.
