We also ensure that the pool is vacuumed, scrubbed and rinsed before each check in. However, it is both natural and inevitable that there will be slight algae formation on the sides and steps of the pool. We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
