Our apartment overlooks the sea and has 3 bedrooms: a suite with queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two king-size beds and a mezzanine with a double bed and two king-size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery and pans. We provide bed and bath linens, as well as daily cleaning service for greater convenience. Due to the hot climate of the region, the water in the shower is not so cold, but it is important to note that we do not have hot water available. The space We also offer a gas barbecue and a brewery in our space. Our guests have the opportunity to enjoy our wind while preparing a barbecue on the balcony. Guest access The entrance to our condominium is located in the main street of Barra Grande Beach. Our location is privileged, being close to the best restaurants, pharmacies, markets and bakeries. Other things to note Regarding standards: The use of ambient music in the apartments is allowed, as long as the volume does not disturb the neighbors, between 10 am and 10 pm. It is strictly forbidden to play loud music in the condominium's common areas. It is forbidden to put tables and chairs in the condominium's common areas. The pool is available for use from 10am to 10pm however it is strictly forbidden to use glassware and glassware in the pool area. Please note that fines may apply if in violation of these rules.
