Cozy Cabin in the trees by Yosemite - hot tub

Nestled in the Sierra foothills, Ferretti Cabin is your cozy retreat. Ideally located next door to Yosemite National Park. Ferretti Cabin is the perfect base for your family adventure. It is located in the community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CA. PML offers a beautiful private lake with 3 sandy beaches, 18 hole golf, hiking, horse back riding, pool, tennis and more. Nearby attractions include several historic mining towns, cave explorations, river rafting, and wine tasting. The space Ferretti Cabin is a unique getaway that has traditional cabin feel and charm. Downstairs has a small but functional kitchen, dining area, cozy living space with a wood stove, one bedroom and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room opens up to a large deck with a grill, fire pit and access to the hot tub. The hot tub is small and meant for 2 people (maybe 3), so you may have to take turns. Upstairs is an open loft with a bathroom. There are 2 queen beds and 2 full size pull out sofa beds. This is a nice place to hang out with ample seating for several people. There is a smart television with several options for watching shows or movies. You can use our guest Netflix account also. Off the loft there is another deck to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Outside there is a circular driveway with plenty of parking space. There is a storage shed with beach chairs, umbrella, beach mat, tubes for the beach, and sleds for winter fun. You are welcome to use anything in the shed. If you have any special requests then please ask. We may be able to accommodate your needs/wants. There is electric car charging available as well. There is a fenced grassy area to let your pet roam behind the home. We allow one small well behaved dog for an extra fee. Please let us know about your pet when you book. If you have any questions regarding your pet then please feel free to ask. Guest access Guest have access to the entire cabin, as well as the fenced back yard and dog run. Other things to note Please note: To use the Pine Mountain Lake ammenities (the lake, tennis/pickle ball courts, swimming pool) you must purchase a guest pass located at the front gate of Pine Mountain Lake (19228 Pine Mountain Dr.). This pass currently cost $50 and is valid for 7 days. You do not have to purchase a pass if you don't plan on using any of Pine Mountain Lake amenities. It is completely optional. Please let us know if you have any questions. No guest pass is required to use the golf course and equestrian center. They are open to the public. All cabins inside the gate of PML have a gate fee. Our cabin does not.
