Never miss a Sunday show! The space Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished bungalow in a friendly, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the South Front District! This delightful home boasts the feel of the 1920s with all the amenities of today. We have worked to maximize functionality of the space while showcasing a fun interior with artistic features throughout. There are two Bedrooms, each equipped with a closet and dresser to store your things. The front bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan, while the back bedroom has recently been updated to a queen , and has a floor fan. The full bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms and features a custom vanity and clawfoot tub. Our kitchen is completely ready to cook in, including all utensils, dishes, pots/pans, bakeware, Pyrex, and even spices. Enjoy preparing home cooked meals on the large gas stove in this unique kitchen. Right off the kitchen you will find access to the backyard through the laundry room, which is equipped with stacked High Efficiency washer and dryer. The living room will comfortably sit 4 adults and the dining area will sit 6 adults around the dining table. The large covered front porch is perfect for morning coffee, and the large back deck ideal for outdoor dining. The backyard has a firepit and is fully fenced in for your privacy, or convenience of playing fetch with your pet! The home also features a Roku TV with plenty of Apps, Fiber Internet/Wifi, Sonos Wireless Speaker, Coffee Maker, Iron/Ironing Board, Blow Dryer, and Hand Held Vacuum for your convenience. The driveway is slightly elevated which is no issue for most vehicles, however there is also street parking if needed as well. In walking distance are all SOFRO District attractions, and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. Historic Downtown, the Riverwalk, and the Live Oak amphitheater are a quick drive/Uber, less than 2 miles away. Other things to note This home is conveniently located near the Premier Blues venue in Wilmington, the 'Rusty Nail'. On some evenings you should expect to hear live Jazz/Blues from the property, it is in not over powering and we have always enjoyed the live talent from the comfort of our back yard! It’s also important to note that we are fairly close to train tracks and you will hear the train pass on some occasions.
