All sleeping arrangements undergo thorough bed bug cleaning every three months. Designed for all ages, the unit features a human-function-oriented layout with safety in mind – no sharp corners, fireproof and soundproof solid wood door, and full LED lighting. Our kitchen is equipped with a high-end German electric induction stove and exhaust, complemented by a Japanese filtration system ensuring water quality. A microwave, fridge, pots, pans, and utensils complete the setup. The shower area has been upgraded to include a rejuvenating rain shower and a bathtub for your relaxation. For our little guests, we provide baby utensils, a highchair, and a playpen (crib). If you're staying long-term, this area can be opened upon request, with a deposit of 2.5 million Rp. For short-term stays, a 1.5 million Rp one-time fee plus a 1.5 million Rp deposit applies. 4. Parking Options: Long-term stay guests can enjoy complimentary parking upon request and subject to availability. For short-term guests, parking is available at 50K/night, arranged directly with parking management. 5. Access Card Details: Short-term stays (under 15 days or fewer than 5 guests) include one access card. Long-term stays (over 16 days or more than 6 adult guests) offer up to two cards. Identification Requirements: Submission of valid identification for all adults is mandatory. 2. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, and smoke alarms are installed in all rooms for added safety. A penalty of 5 million Rp will apply if any trace of any kind of smoking (including electric, vape, etc) is found. 3. High Demand: Our space is a favorite among content creators, gamers, and various creative professionals, with over 20 content creators being regular patrons. Due to this high demand, our unit tends to get booked quickly. Please note that our booking system is live, and if a date is unavailable, it is likely already confirmed by another guest. We adhere to our commitment and do not cancel confirmed bookings. 4. Parking Arrangements: Guests with vehicles must independently arrange parking with the Mall Parking Customer Service Officer during working hours. A fee of Rp. 50,000 per overnight parking is applicable. For long-term stays, parking is available in the mall area (basement). 5. Housekeeping Services: Housekeeping or cleaning services during your stay are available for an additional fee, subject to confirmation before check-in. 6. Streaming Access: Our TV is ready for Netflix, Prime Video, iQIYI, and Disney+. Please note that you will need to log in using your own personal accounts to access these services. 7. The presence of haze, subtle stains and damages on the granite tile floor are cosmetic micro damages caused by a strong cleaning chemical used during the pandemic, not a reflection of poor cleaning or cleanliness. 8. A fine of IDR 250,000 per person per night will be imposed by security and building management for any excess individuals beyond the stated booking. 9. Please turn off all lights and air conditioners before leaving the apartment. Excessive use of electricity during your stay will incur a charge of 1 million Rp per night. 10. Due to the current tomcat insect season from the nearby empty land, we recommend keeping windows and the balcony door closed for your comfort and safety.
