The space Permit #201172 Entry level has living area, dining area, kitchen, large deck, 1 room with a queen and 1 with two twins and a full bath with walk in shower. Perfect for those who cannot use stairs easily. Downstairs offers the master bedroom with a king, a guest bedroom with 2 full beds and 1.5 baths. Gas barbecue offered on ocean view deck. Partial ocean view from lower rooms as well. Please be aware this deck is very high up and not suitable for young children. Guest access Guest has full access to the home, there is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles. Must check in and out through Cheshire Rio Property Management office down by the beach, 5 minute drive away from property. Other things to note We will supply a starter pack of paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and hand soaps; Anything above and beyond that is the tenants responsibility. Please be sure to bring extra paper products with you for extended stays, also toiletries as Santa Cruz County does not permit single use plastic toiletries and we are trying to cut back on high touch surfaces. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties.
