The pictures are very accurate … Please take the time to review Ideal for a single occupant or couple . -Good size bedroom with Queen sz bed, big screen TV and work desk/make up station. -The 2nd room has a dual reclining love seat, smart TV, desk/eating nook and a bar area w/large fridge and wine bar. The room opens to a large private fenced deck -Brand new private bathroom w/big walk in shower . Has new, quality towels, a hair dryer and all soaps and shampoos. -Fully equipped Kitchenette area -Convection oven/microwave and electric skillet. -Induction cook top -New coffee maker and all dishes, glasses etc -toaster oven/air fryer Absolutely nothing need to bring. -Has a new GE stacking washer and dryer in the garage. A 2nd sleeping area can be set up with our fold out twin sz ottoman. (See pic) Not ideal as uses up the other living area Have additional twin mattress also. People have used in main bedroom/common room …even outside entry in garage area.
