Relaxing Oasis Pet Friendly Villa with Hot Tub!

This 3 bedroom pet friendly villa that has 2 full rustic bathrooms, boasts 5 smart TVs ranging in sizes from 55 to 65 inch with included apps, huge 7 person hot tub, pagoda with outdoor seating for 8, serene backyard with wood fire pit for roasting marshmallows nestled underneath Edison string lights. All of this in beautiful amenity filled Locust Lake Village in the heart of the Poconos close to skiing, state parks and numerous year round attractions. The space 3 bedrooms 4 beds along with a pull out full size bed couch in the front game room. With 2 full bathrooms large yard with huge hot tub, outdoor dining seating area large propane BBQ grill , gorgeous stone wood burning fire pit with timed string lights and landscape lighting. With a beautiful real wood looking propane fireplace that's controlled by an easy to use thermostatic remote along with WIFI speeds of 940 Gbps that can be accessed from anywhere on the property. In addition: Two weeks before your booking date i will send you all the delays you will need. Along with a direct link to register for the community its a very short form and takes less then 5 minutes. Along with this i will be sending a personal access code to the front door of my home for you and any of your guest. When registering with the community you only have to register any individual that is 12 years of age or older this doesn't apply to any children 11 years or younger. All dog breeds and cats are welcome no matter the size at no additional charge they are family. If walking your dog outside of the fenced area or in the community please make sure to use a leash at all times. My back yard is fully fenced in and is over 7000 square feet. I do have surveillance cameras on the property but only outside monitoring the property. They are only active when nobody is booked or at the property. When guest are at the property they are all Disarmed prior to your arrival for your privacy. I strictly use them to monitor in the event of a down Tree and Snow to make sure the property is perfect for all guest to enjoy prior to your arrival. Guest access Guest can access the entire house and yard and anything there. Guest can also access any amenity included in the community. Other things to note Age requirements: Minimum Age to Rent is 25” Township Registration #- 009492.There is an age requirement that is only applicable to the individual who makes the reservation and has to be 25 years of age or older. This age regulation doesn't apply to your guests in your group only to the individual who makes the reservation. This is part of the laws and regulations of the county and township in all of the Poconos. To verify the age of the individual the booking is under. After you book my home please provide me with a copy of either your driver's license, non driver's id, passport, military id or any other acceptable form of government ID providing a date of birth. If the individual making the reservation books my home isn't 25 years of age or older the reservation unfortunately will be removed and cancelled. This is at no fault to me if you do not meet the age requirement. If you lie or use a fake Id and any fines are issued because of this you will be held liable. ***Please Note**** There is a mandatory $35 Community environmental registration fee from the community. To help preserve and maintain the community including the lakes, roadways, beaches, along with other amenities including disposal of garbage at the community compactor. They no longer charge you as the guset but bill me for your registration fee. After you're registered I will request $35 for the community fee.
