The living room has a couch that pulls out directly on the floor, so no bars, full size. The home has cordless blinds throughout. There's a washer and dryer for use in the basement. On demand hot water (start the hot water in the sink to get hot water going in the delux shower). Very quiet neighborhood, not much traffic at all, wooded area across the street, next to the river, nice big back yard with a fire pit.
