Ocean Front Apartment catering to World Travelers!

***You will get no response if you don't describe who all the guests will be*** This private ocean-front apartment caters to solo travelers and/or groups of friends, not couples or families. The unobstructed ocean views are spectacular, the spacious apartment is very charming, and the neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. Come experience what it's like to live the worry-free beach life in Playas Tijuana! An extra mattress is stored in the apartment to accommodate more guests if needed. The space This is a tranquil, spacious, one-of-a-kind apartment with breathtaking top-notch views of the beach, ocean, coastal cliffs, Playas de Tijuana neighborhood, and even the San Diego city skyline! The sleeping spaces include: 1. a large single bedroom with a Queen size bed and extra space to place the provided floor mattress. 2. a large living room with extra sleeping space on the couch and/or on the dual recliner sofa. The house will sleep: *1-2 very comfortably. *3-4 fairly comfortably; it will simply depend on how flexible/adaptable the group is. ***As mentioned above, this house is more catered towards solo travelers or groups of friends, not couples or families*** Guest access The neighborhood is very safe and parking is private on the premises for 1-2 guest cars. Guests without cars always have the option to request an Uber to/from the house any time of day or night (Uber is completely safe in Mexico and very cheap compared to USA Uber and TJ Taxis). Additionally, the house is a safe 3-5 minute walk away from the taxibus station (los taxis de ruta, or taxi-vans shared with other riders; not private taxis) - this is the cheapest form of transportation, but the trips will be longer due to frequent stops for passengers. Other things to note The host and neighbors speak both English and Spanish and are usually available and approachable for advice, questions, etc. Furthermore, they are friendly enough to show you around, offer chauffeur service, take you out on the town, etc...anything you want or need to make your stay in Tijuana pleasant, spectacular, and unforgettable. Additionally, even though the neighborhood is very safe and quiet to begin with, the property is under 24/7 surveillance and is protected by a robust fail-safe security system. Vagabonds, thieves and intruders have no place on this premises and the host and all neighbors make sure of it at all times.
