House for big familly with garden

Our house is just near the city center, with a small garden, in a private pedestrian street, very calm and very near all the attractive spots of Nantes. Every locations can reached easily by foot, bicycle (bike rental 100m) or by buses and tramways The space This familly house has 4 bedrooms : two bedrooms wth double beds and two bedrooms with single beds. The garden will give some relaxing time after your visits of Nantes and its surroundings (Atlantic's beach by car in 45 minutes, Britany and the Mont Saint Michel by car in 3 hours, Paris by train in 2 hours, Bordeaux by car or train in 3 hours). Near the house you will find growceries, restaurants, pubs, and the city center is reachable in 10 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by bus. We are non smokers and we'll really apreciate if you mind not smoking inside the house. We can provide 2 additional matelas for kids if you need to host more than 6 persons (just inform us !) Guest access You have acces to the full house, exactly as us when we live here with our 3 kids. Your car can be parked in the private street just in front of our house (it's a pedestrian street).
