The space The apartment consists of: - One bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 and storage - A second bedroom with two single beds 90 x 190, modular (possibility of bringing the bed bases together to form a second double bed) - A comfortable living room with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection (credentials available on site), open to a loggia, closed by large bay windows - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine - A dressing area at the entrance with a wardrobe and shelves - A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, hairdryer and spa lighting (shower gel and shampoo provided) - Separate WC All windows are triple glazed and equipped with blackout blinds, guaranteeing comfort and tranquility. All essential amenities are included: bed linen and towels, hygiene products, coffee, condiments, dishes, cooking utensils, household products, paper towels and toilet paper. Location & transportation Located in Oullins, the apartment is about 15 minutes from downtown Lyon by car. Bus 63, accessible within a 5-minute walk, takes you to Perrache station in 30 minutes, with many bus and metro connections to easily get around Lyon. The Oullins metro is a 10-minute bus ride or 5-minute drive (free relay parking upon presentation of a transport ticket). Environment & Leisure Many local shops are within walking distance: Intermarché, Spar, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, tobacco, etc. A large shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car (Saint-Genis 2 – Saint-Genis-Laval). The residence is adjacent to the Tennis Club d'Oullins (TCO) and also has a pétanque court.
