Our very modern apartment is located in the Skycity section of Skytower, with views over the city and Southbank, within close proximity to public transport, Brisbane City Botanical Gardens, QUT, Queen Street Mall, Central train station and Southbank Parklands. The pool, sauna, gym and BBQ facilities are located on level 66. My daughter & I will do our best to ensure your stay with us is comfortable and pleasant. PS. Until 22/12/21, you will have private use of the bathroom. The space Your room has a queen-sized bed with pillow top mattress, bedside table and lamp, quality sheets and towels, access to high speed internet, a closet and a desk and chair. From your room you can see part of the Story Bridge and the city. You have access to most other parts of the apartment, such as the main bathroom which is beside your room (but this is shared with my daughter, but until the 22nd December you will have private use of the bathroom), the laundry, kitchen, living and dining areas (which are shared by my daughter and myself). The living area offers a large view of the city and Southbank. Included is tea and coffee making facilities, (incl. 2x Nespresso pods) and bottled water on arrival. Guest access There are many cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Next door is a popular sushi shop. There is a free loop bus (no. 40 and no. 50 - purple buses) that stops close by which runs around the city. There is some on-street parking, but it may be difficult to get a park. There is paid secure parking 2 doors up. If you require parking, please let me know, and I'll give you more details. Other things to note Your booking is for one room of a shared apartment. Your room is private, but does not have door locks. Neither myself nor my daughter will enter your room during your stay. You will share the main bathroom with my daughter. The bathroom door is lockable. You will have access to the laundry, kitchen, living and dining areas. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please request this 12-24 hours prior to check-in or check-out. There are no guarantees, as this depends on availability and there will be a fee of $10 per hour. Please respect the private spaces of my apartment, including the storage cupboard in the entry, my daughters bedroom, my workspace in the living area and my bedroom and ensuite. Thank you.
