The space Our home is only a 4 block walk to downtown Sausalito and an 8 minute drive to the San Francisco side of the Golden Gate Bridge. The 1907 banana belt home on a nearly 10,000 sq. ft. lot is surrounded by other lovely homes in one of the best areas of Sausalito. You'll enjoy being within walking distance to town with a strong sense of privacy when at our home, and just a 30 minute ferry ride to San Francisco, or a 20-30 minute car trip to almost anywhere in the City. The house is ideal for two couples but there are beds for 6 people--one wonderful Tempurpedic King size that articulates, vibrates and has a mattress warmer; a Tempurpedic Queen bed, also with a mattress warmer; and there is now a Tempurpedic Queen in the middle bedroom (it's not shown in the photo). All bedrooms are upstairs; there is a toilet room with a sink and another room with tub and sink; there is one bath with shower downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked, including spices and lots of table settings. The dining room table will seat 10 people comfortably should you have friends living or visiting in the area. There is also a large wood deck patio off the kitchen with a 3 burner Weber BBQ and table with chairs for enjoying the large garden area at the rear of the house. Mostly you will enjoy the views of the water and hills of Marin County from the living, dining and family rooms, and from all bedrooms as well. Truly soul soothing to see the water and the boat activity around the Bay. Guest access The entire house will be for your use. There is Wireless internet access as well as TV.
