Relax with the family at this peaceful beachside retreat. Enjoy the views of the ocean from the comfort of the loungeroom or take a short walk to the beach, general store, cafe or playground. Make the most of the wonders of Preston beach, 4wd, fishing and bush walking to name a few. This is our family friendly holiday home and we have tried to ensure there are plenty of amenities to help you have a relaxing stay. The space 2 bedrooms, king in main and 2 single beds in the second room which can zip together to make another king bed on request Other things to note We don't have Wifi but the TV is a smart tv so you can use your phone as a hot spot and log in to Netflix or Stan to enjoy plenty of viewing or just spend some quality time with friends and family playing some of the many board games we have or sit back, relax and watch one of the hundreds of DVDs provided. The property is fully fenced but please don't rely on this containing your dog. We have a large to medium sized dog and never have any issues but this may not be suitable for very small dogs as there is a small gap under the front gate. Drinking water in Preston Beach is sourced from local groundwater bores and is considered safe to drink, meeting all Australian Drinking Water Guidelines. However, the water is known to be very "hard," containing high levels of calcium and magnesium salts, which can cause poor taste. There is a Brita filter supplied for your convenience and you may wish to buy bottled water. There is only a general store and a cafe in Preston Beach so it is recommended to bring your own groceries.
