Recreation Area: - Swimming pool with sun loungers; - Clay tennis court; - Several paths along 27,000 m2 of green area; - Wonderful view of Pedra Maria Comprida; - Used only by our guests, i.e., it is not a common area of the condominium. Other things to note >>DETAILS<< - Although it seems we are not an inn; - We have 6 independent cottages and 4 en-suites (see our other listings in the hostess Neusa's profile); - Peaceful and quiet environment, we do not allow parties or barbecues or loud music; - We accept only adults and teenagers over 15 years of age as long as they are accompanied by their parents; - Each space was designed, built and decorated over 3 decades by the owners - Neusa and Carlos; - We do everything we can to make our guests feel at home, but we do not offer any type of service; - We provide kitchen utensils for our guests to prepare their own meals; - We do not accept animals of any size; - We have many wild animals: armadillos, lizards, tamarins, squirrels, frogs, peccaries, parrots, toucans and insects: * keep a distance from all animals; * do not give them food; * ward off insects such as spiders and ants if possible without killing them. - We can make check-in and check-out times more flexible if you don't have any guests checking out/in on the same day; - Access to the chalet is via 2 flights of stairs. We do not offer services and guests have to carry their own luggage.
