Cozy Hub - Self catering Unit

Simple and peaceful one room space a 3 in 1 open plan kitchen, ensuite shower and bed. Cozy space with Private entrance no sharing spaces. The Studio room is attached to the main house where we(hosts) reside. Our Estate uses code system for access. A code will be provided for Exit and when coming in Security will assist. The space Studio space with private entrance attached to the main house. Outside parking available in the yard. Guest access Code access system in the estate. When coming in Security will call us to let you in every time you come in and we will send exit code to use when going out. Other things to note We are not listing a house but a private room as per pictures. Host reside at the the listing. No sharing spaces, Guests have their private entrance and space with no interruptions whatsoever.
