The apartment is located in a new complex with a large swimming pool ( there is a children's area in the pool) and elevators. The space Near the complex there is a super Dino super Dino,cafes and restaurants for every taste, as well as two fruit trees. The bus station is close by and car rental companies are also close. There is a pharmacy nearby, a great promenade for walking, as well as two beaches with black volcanic sand ( Playa La Arena and Playa Chica). Lidle's supermarket 15 mins walking, Mercadona 20 mins away. The apartment is located on the top floor, very sunny and cozy. Accommodates 4 guests comfortably. The sofa in the living room folds out. Kitchen is fully equipped with: kettle,toaster, dishwasher, fridge, hob, all necessary dishes. Also in the apartment there are bed linen and towels, iron, hair dryer, plaque.
