Welcome to my lovely two bedroom ground floor flat in a Victorian tenement in Dennistoun. Beautiful high ceilings, lots of natural light and modern decor throughout. Located east of the city, Dennistoun has excellent cafes, bars, restaurants and great transport links to city centre. Nearby you will find tourist attractions such as; Glasgow Cathedral, St Mungo Museum, Glasgow Necropolis, Glasgow Green, The People's Palace, Tenants and Drygate Brewery. The space The flat is fully equipped, beautifully presented, comfortable and welcoming. I like people to feel like it’s a home away from home. I have a small dog named Buddy. He is very friendly and enjoys meeting new people and other dogs! There is Free on-street parking. Guest access You will have access to: - Ground floor flat with easy access and secure entry door. - Private front garden with patio to eat breakfast or smoke - Secure bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror and table lamp. - Shared bathroom with clean towels, hairdryer, shampoo and body wash. - Full use of the kitchen if you fancy cooking or doing a wash. - Fresh bread, cereals, fruit, teas, coffee, herbs, spices and oils. - Relaxing living area with comfortable sofa and chairs to lounge about. - Books, board games, Sky TV, Netflix and Amazon, Disney+. - Free WiFi access. - Outdoor Garden and washing line for drying laundry. Guest access Private front garden, with patio, log burner and bbq to relax. Backcourt area for drying laundry. Guest can have access to a StandUp Paddle Board and Camping Equipment for an extra fee if desired! Scotland has some great scenery, lochs and camping spots to take advantage of. During your stay I enjoy socialising with my guest if I’m around but will also give you space to relax. I am always available to offer my local knowledge and can provide recommendations for things to do in the city. Other things to note Flat has CCTV in operation 24h. The front garden and hall has a camera for safety purposes.
