Beautiful fully furnished and decorated house with 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and A/C, with parking for up to 2 cars and free WiFi. 60 inch Smart TV and streaming service included, the kitchen has a bar with benches, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and all the necessary utensils for cooking, it also has a service area, living room, dining room, half bathroom and air conditioning on the ground floor. The space The main bedroom has air conditioning and a full bathroom, it also has a private terrace, which has a direct view of the gardens and the pool. Each of the other 3 bedrooms also have their own air conditioning and private bathroom. We have the most rigorous hygiene policies to guarantee a safe environment against Covid19. The entire condo has 24-hour private security. The rent of the house includes towels and bathroom amenities. We speak English and Spanish. Guest access You have access from the living room to more than 3000 m2 of gardens with swimming pool, palapa, benches and children's swings. Other things to note We're petfriendly! This service has a fee of $1,200 mexican pesos FOR EACH PET, during the entire reservation regardless of the number of nights. We can accept up to 3 extra people, to host a total of 12 (9 in normal occupancy + 3 extra people = 12) as long as the guests adapt to the facilities that the house currently has, without any modification. Each EXTRA person must pay a fee of $300 Mexican pesos, per night. Note. When we say people, we do not make distinctions by age, this criterion ranges from babies to the elderly.
