A perfect and affordable luxury homestay for family and friends reunion or gatherings. All 4 Bedrooms can accommodate 12 Persons Maximum. Like 8 Persons in 4 Beds and extra on mattresses. Games and exercise corner to make you active and fit for the rest of your journey. Happy Staying ! The space All the guests before booking must read this. Instructions By Owner 1. Pets are not allowed inside the property. 2. Footwares like shoes, scandals, chappals are prohibited inside the property. We follow Ghar Ek Mandir Concept at Homestay. 3. Cleaning is done before checkin. In-Between cleaning of stay is chargeable. 4. Before booking make everything clear with host. 5. Breakfast will be delivered from 8:30 AM to 9.30 AM. 6. Decorations & Celebration of Mehendi/Haldi/ other like functions are strictly not allowed. 7. Only Pool table game has Rs.2000/- deposit. 8. Quiet Hours From 10PM to 6AM. 9. Furniture should be at its original place while check-out. 10. If anything left behind after check-out, we (owner and holiday home nashik employees) are not liable. 11. Loud speaker are also not allowed to play. Make sure speaker volume do not exceed and become problems for neighbour. 12. Make sure to follow all the house rules at its best. Keep our home neat and clean at check-out. 13. All persons Aadhar Card / Passport copy is mandatory while check-in Property: Outdoor security camera and full time watchman is a breeze for safety. 1 car can be parked inside villa gate, more then 4 cars can be parked outside gate under cctv surveillance and Nashik is more secure at night then any other city in the entire UNIVEEEERSEssssssss. Having all the connectivity, grocery, medical facilities, hotel and cafes at proximity. Ask host to get all the Nashik attraction places lists in handy for you. Kitchen: Make your inner chef come out to cook like professional food alur your families heart. Just kidding though, I know you cook better then me as I'm am engineer !!! Amenities like gas burner, fridge, water purifier, oven, utensils, 8 seater dining table with mini bar counter to enjoy your story telling nights. Living Space: Full villa is Wi-Fi accessible, Smart TV with Tataplay at your service with basic package includes sports and local regional channels. Bedrooms: All 4 bedrooms are AC. We provide towels And Blankets in each bedroom. In bathroom, there's shower gel, shampoo and handwash. Don't forget to enjoy photo frames in front of toilet. hehe :) Bedroom 1 is on ground floor. Bedroom 2 And Bedroom 3 is on 1st Floor with common balcony of street view. The view is so beautiful in rainy season you just can't stop taking selfies....... Bedroom 4 is on 2nd floor with balcony of mesmerizing city skyline view. Also 2nd floor gets villas terrace to fell you cool breeze around. Gamezone/Exercise Equipments: Are you a morning person or is anyone in your family a fitness freak, your day kickstarts this villas by treadmill equipped with stationary cycle to make you sweat harder then ever. Backyard or gamezone stuffed with pool table and foosball a.k.a. hand football, the thrill is in goal, you know better then us. That's all folks !!! Guest access You will be greeted by our watchman in case we are else where, or my wife Mrs. Mohini will co-ordinate with you. Keys will be provided by watchman and make you feel comfortable and also show you full villa. Other things to note Instructions By Owner: Property is meant for the stay purpose only.
