Adjacent is a functional full galley kitchen and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. - **Second Floor**: Accessed via 10 steps, features two bedrooms and a second full bathroom with subway-tiled large shower. *Bedrooms*: Both bedrooms are accessed via a very steep set of stairs if you have any mobility issues or don’t like stairs, please do not book 1. **Master Suite**: Spacious LARGE Circa 1888 Victorian sanctuary with a king-sized Tuft & Needle bed, 15-foot ceilings, decorative fireplace, blackout curtains, and a 55" Fire TV. 2. **Second Bedroom**: Cozy queen-sized Sealy Opal bed; accessed through the master bedroom (door separates rooms). - *Additional Sleeping*: Daybed couch on the ground floor. So far we have been able to accommodate guests requests but make no 100% guarantees. And have recommendations for a laundromat close by. We also have a simple luggage storage area that is free again we make no guarantees it will be available annual will be sharing it with other guests. We release all liability if you choose to use it that information will be in your check-in instructions three days before arrival. We are grateful to offer our 6 units a covered walled locked luggage storage area under a set of outdoor stairs of unit E next to unit F. You will be possibly storing your luggage with other guests from our other units This is a FREE complimentary rare courtesy for an Airbnb ( it’s easier for hotels as they have a lobby ) We as the owners and management are NOT responsible for your luggage and release all liability. Just a note on fees - Guest rates on value and unfortunately we cannot control the city taxes and the Airbnb fees. We only make the nightly rate which is about 40% less than you pay and we do have to pay the cleaners a living wage. We just wanna be transparent about the actual cost. The guest service fee goes 100% to Airbnb to run its platform. The city taxes go 100% to the City of Savannah. The cleaning fee goes 100% to my hard working house cleaners ( I pay a working wage ) We as the host and owner get 100% of the nightly rental fee only. ** You will be walking up a set of old stairs to get the master bedroom and they are steep - And 4 steps to the entrance- The kitchen and a bath are downstairs and the large 1 bedroom with a door a queen bed and double bed are upstairs with a separate bathroom 3 night minimum for ST pats and rock in roll marathon Please make a note . This is an 125 year old building . You will hear creaks in the stairs and possibly others in the unit next door. ( rare ) You are in a urban area. It is likely you will hear emergency vehicles, foot and car traffic, construction, and adjacent neighbors. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise that comes with shared walls in a city environment, this may not be an ideal space for you" Savannah Bugs Savannah is known for their bugs and the southern USA in general We spend lots of money ( we have the receipts ) on pest control companies that come in monthly. but its impossible to kill them 100% 100% of the time. It's very very rare that you will see a bug in your unit but we make no guarantee and do not give refunds . We have swatters and a brooms in our basement . ( we don t come over and kill bugs .) If they do get in the main reason is guests leaving the doors open ( pest management info ) We have installed thick rugs with pads and have done everything we can do to sound proof. Yet old Victorians are classically known for sound traveling. We ask all our guests to respect others and keep noise loud talking TVS etc to a minimum. You also will need to climb one set of stairs to get the bedrooms . We prefer documentation and require knowledge of what duties your service dog performs/ we do have a cleaner who has severe canine dander and fur allergies so kindly let us know the type of your service dogs We cannot accommodate comfort dogs.ESAs or cats birds or other animals Here’s Note About the Vintage Tile in the Shower Our home features original vintage tile that we’ve worked hard to preserve. While we use professional-strength cleaners and disinfectants to thoroughly sanitize between each guest, some areas—especially along the grout lines—may show signs of permanent staining. These marks are not mold or dirt, but are natural signs of age and use over time. Complete stain removal would require a full re-grouting of the shower, which we do plan to schedule in the near future. In the meantime, please know the space is deeply cleaned and maintained to high standards for your comfort.
