The house is lined with stone and its interior is decorated in traditional Majorcan style. The property is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with open kitchen, as well as all the rooms (two bedrooms with two double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds in each) and two family separate bathrooms in the house available. Outside, a staircase leads to the upper floor where the laundry room is and a small terrace. Also outside there is a large covered terrace, barbecue and pool, all surrounded by a landscaped garden.
