Bush House - Group Accommodation for up to 4 Pax

Two bedroom house set amongst the gum trees on a 43 acre property just 5 minutes drive from the main street of Lorne. Close to cafes, restaurants, boutiques, beautiful beaches, walks, waterfalls and Great Ocean Road. Kangaroo and native birds abound. Tariff is for 2 adults. Extra adults are $50/person/night and extra children are $30/child/night. Please be aware; if more bed have been slept in than the number of guest in the booking, an additional $50/per bed/per night will be charged. We reserve the right to request bonds at any time. If paying by credit or debit card a 1.5% surcharge will apply to all transactions. Check-in is from 2pm until 9pm and check out is at 10am. We have a strict policy on noise and rowdy behaviour. We expect all guests to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Failure to respect this policy may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. We reserve the right to request bonds at any time. Strictly 'NO SMOKING' in the accommodation. Failure to comply will result in a minimum $200 charge to guest credit card due to the inability to rent to following guests. Additional cleaning charges apply if the accommodation isn't left tidy. Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation or its contents. The cost of any repairs or replacements required will be charged to guest's credit card. 'NO PETS' allowed anywhere on the property including accommodation, due to the large numbers of native wildlife in the immediate area. Children up to 2 Years of age are not permitted to stay in the Deluxe Eco Retreats/Safari Tents.
