Big living room for one person in the central area

Big and nice-looking 35 m2 room in the heart of Tallinn. Recently fully renovated. The old town is about 15 minutes walk away. Bus stop is nearby (150m) and 3 buses can take you quickly to the city centre (~6min). Shops, parks, stadium, sports hall, tennis court, cinema, bank etc. are less than 0.9km. Cafe is 10 meters from the house. Very good connection with the Airport - tram nr. 4 goes directly from the Airport to 500m from the house (Vineeri)! The space The house with 9 apartments was built in 1923 by a well-known architect Herbert Johanson and was fully renovated in 2014. It has thick walls and high ceilings. Neighborhood is quiet. The three-room apartment is in total 85 square meters, has two bedrooms, big living room where you will stay, kitchen, bathroom with shower/bathtub (toilet separated) and also hallway. Your room has a lot of room for your luggage and clothing. WiFi is available. Please do notice and accept that there will be no window curtains/blinds in that room and the room has personal things that we storage there. If needed - you can always use the washing machine and a dryer, also iron your clothes. During your stay I will be in the apartment almost every day - and easily available by phone, if needed! I am willing to help you, if you want to find any kind of places (restaurants, clubs, shops, places for sports, tourist attractions, car rentals...) in the city or just need recommendations on where to go! Other things to note Please notice that there are no window curtains at the moment and I might hold some personal things in the room like seen on the pictures. The kitchen is not daily prepared for guests and is not part of the Airbnb listing! So if you later leave us a review, you can not include the kitchen, since it is not in price.
