The accommodation is inside my house. With separate entrance, parking. You will have 1 bedroom on the second floor, a living room on the first floor and a private bathroom. We live on the first floor, we only share the kitchen. Complimentary coffee/tea service included! Very close to the waterfront (15 minutes walk) but away from the chaos of it. Happy to advise you with information about restaurants, excursions and artistic events at the Teatro del Lago. The space The warm and concerned attention from the hosts (see the comments). The place is impeccable, safe and away from all the hustle and bustle of the waterfront. Whether for a business trip, vacation, passing through on the way back to Santiago, or if you need it for a year, this is the ideal option. Guest access Front garden, street parking between the sidewalk and my gate has a surveillance camera. Other things to note We have a wheelchair if required, to be used inside the premises.
