Luxury Dome Villa 1500-1 in Kalkan Region

Our dome villas in Islamlar village of Kaş Kalkan are designed as 1+0 and have a capacity of 2 people. In our KAŞ DOMES / İSLAMLAR VILLAGE stage, we have 5 dome villas with the same interior concept with a PRIVATE POOL in nature. Our dome-type villas, which have separate pool terraces, were first manufactured in Turkey as WOODEN with a diameter of 7 meters and a dome height of 4.30 meters and 38 m2 compared to the tent concepts that have increased with the glamping culture. In our "KAŞ DOMES / İSLAMLAR VILLAGE" stage, we have 5 dome villas with a private pool in nature, in harmony with the interior concept. Our dome-type villas, each with a separate pool terrace, have been produced for the first time in Turkey in a 7-meter diameter, 4.30-meter dome height, 38-square-meter WOODEN structure compared to tent concepts inspired by the glamping culture. Our buildings offer comfortable accommodation without security and climate concerns. The interior of our villas has a standard double bed, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a makeup table, a small dining table, a Smart TV and Satellite broadcast, an open wardrobe, a fire extinguisher, air conditioning and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. In the kitchen section, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, mini fridge (114 liters), microwave, built-in stove-hood and sufficient kitchen utensils. Outside our villas, there is a private swimming pool measuring 6x3 meters and 1.35 meters deep. It offers a pleasant pool experience with its stepped entrance and hydromassage jacuzzi. You can control this system and the pool lights with the remote. In addition, two sun loungers, umbrellas, swings, large dining tables, 2 chairs and egg-type seating groups are offered as standard in each villa. (Except for No. 1, all of them have an egg-type seating group and coffee table for 2 people. No. 5 includes a special canopy geodesic gazebo and 2 extra wooden sunbeds in this gazebo.) Our new generation facility, which combines the Glamping culture and the Villa concept in nature, is only open to adults and unfortunately children are not accepted. In addition, due to the nature and wooden concept, barbecues and grilling are prohibited. However, there is a small gas barbecue in each building so that our guests do not have to experience this pleasure. You can only enjoy barbecue with these barbecues. Our villas are only 7 km from Kalkan city center and 8-10 minutes by car. The Islamlar village center is only 1.5 km away. You can also shop from all the grocery stores and surrounding restaurants by takeaway and meet your needs without leaving the villa. There is a sufficient number of outdoor parking spaces and Wi-Fi internet connection outside our villa. The minimum stay is 2 nights and no cleaning fee is charged. Guest access The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival . Other things to note For reservations of 5 nights or less, an extra cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged. A damage deposit of 2500 TL is also collected upon arrival at the villa. Damage deposits will be refunded upon departure, provided there is no permanent damage to the villa. THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AND CLEANING FEE MUST BE PAID IN CASH TO THE RELEVANT PERSON UPON VILLA ARRIVAL. The earliest check-in time is 16:00, and the latest check-out time after your holiday is 10:00 AM.
