We don't think anyone has ever cared about you like this before;) We created Lisichkin House for our family, putting our soul into it and thinking through all the details. Now we want to share with you the warmth and comfort of our home. Come, we are glad to see you!) You will be greeted by an electronic lock, so you don't have to worry about what time you arrive during the day or night, you just need an individual code to enter, which will be your key during the holiday. With our indispensable DRYING CABINET, you won't have to think about whose gloves and socks will dry first on the radiator by your bed)) It will do everything for you, just lay out and hang your things correctly! In 30 minutes you can go for a walk again! The board and SKI dock will make life easier for everyone and save guests from accidental injuries. In the useful boxes you may find - screwdrivers and keys, super glue and nylon threads, as well as needles. Brushes for shoes and clothes, sponges, antistatics and much more. The bedroom on the first tier is filled with everything you need and even a little more:) You will be greeted there by a mischievous fox) - Queen size bed 160 cm with an original headboard, covered with incredibly soft ironed "corduroy" made of cotton stripe satin, draped over lush light blankets. - bedside designer tables with individual light for each guest, with a shelf for your laptop or book, as well as a phone socket. A spacious dresser and a hanger for your things are waiting for you in the room A coffee table and a soft cozy pouf and a box with games for children and adults - floor lamp and books - and of course the beds, we have universal beds, with a slight movement of the hands from one high bed they turn into two, slightly lower, 80 cm wide or into one large cozy bed 160 cm you will not notice the seam in it because the halves are stitched together (Please let us know in advance and we will prepare a suitable option for you) From the experience of a mother with many children, I understand parents who have filled the trunk with all sorts of children's "junk"! Don't! Don't bring it! WE HAVE EVERYTHING - a crib, a mattress and of course clean linen with blankets and pillows - a baby bath - a potty and a seat for an adult throne - a high chair with a table and fixing straps for babies - a chair for older children up to 7 years old - Toys and much more. Children's "equipment" will be provided upon request IMPORTANT! Our two-level apartments are located on the 5th floor of a six-story apartment complex, unfortunately the elevator is not provided by the developer, which we are saddened by. But the view from the windows will inspire you to reach even greater heights! The apartment also has a staircase to climb to the second floor of the apartment (bedroom No.2) IT MIGHT BE NOISY Since the apartments are located in a new residential complex, construction is possible both in the yard and in the entrance of the house. We are very sorry for the inconvenience! Construction works are carried out in accordance with the Law on Silence in Kabardino-Balkaria.
