The space The spacious primary bedroom offers a private en suite with a double sink vanity, standup shower, and soaking tub. The charming third bedroom provides a quiet workstation with a monitor/keyboard/mouse. 🛏️ #1: King Bed Private Ensuite Bathroom w/Bouble Sinks Standup Shower Soaker Tub Double Closets 🛏️ # 2: Queen Bed Full Closet 🛏️ #3: Twin/Full Bunk Bed Private Writing Desk Station Large Closet The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans of all sizes, an oven, a microwave, a coffee bar with a Keurig Coffee Maker, and plenty of dishes. **At this time, the refrigerator water filter has been turned off. A Brita Water Filter and ice trays are provided.** The fenced-in backyard with dining patio furniture offers an excellent space for outdoor dining while enjoying the evening views. The townhome is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. You are just a short drive from many local attractions, including restaurants and hospitals. ☞ 5 minutes to Colorado Mesa University and St. Marys Hospital ☞ 8 minutes to Down Town Grand Junction ☞ 15 minutes to Palisade Wine Country While the house can host a maximum of 8 people, we recommend 5 - 6 as the perfect group size. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhouse with one driveway parking spot and three additional parallel parking spots at the back of the property. There is keyless entry at the front and back of the property. We have one security camera on the front side of the property facing the driveway and one on the back side facing the back gate entrance, not the backyard. They will be on during your stay. Other things to note *HOA maintains the front and back yard on Thursdays during the spring and summer. They will need to access the backyard. *Garage access is not available at this time. **The cool air is powered by an evaporative cooler, NOT CENTRAL AIR. **The evaporative cooler will be turned off from November to May. We de-winterize the system in early May to avoid a possible late-season freeze.
