It's located in a quiet place with other neighbor building and have on top floor other independent apartment (other owner) but not have access to the pool and terrace. The Villa is composed of two levels; on the first floor there are three double bedrooms with fantastic terrace with sea view, one twin bedroom, three bathrooms with hydro-massage shower and bath; on the ground floor there's a one large living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and Wi-Fi Zone, kitchen, dining area and pizza's oven (use it on demand), microwave. Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms.. From living room you have access an other large terrace for your special dinner under the stars and swimming pool with children corner and hydromassage size. Both in the bedrooms that in the bathroom floor is a fantastic hand-painted original flowers and marine decoration, as you can see in the photos. In the bathroom there seem to be under the sea. The terrace exterior of the Villa there is a private beautiful private pool, sunbeds, outside shower and bbq. There is another indepedent apartment upstairs (top floor - other owner) in the same building but has no access the our structure, the swimming pool and terrace. It's located in a place with other nearby buildind and villas.
