The space The home features a superb outdoor living area with built in bar and grill. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a 4th room upstairs that serves as a perfect office space if you need to work during your stay. Guest access Free street parking. Other things to note Absolutely no pets, no smoking, and no events! We require a signed agreement confirming that guest understands and agrees to abide by house rules and takes responsibility for excessive cleaning, damage, and/or wear and tear.
