Suite with double bed, TV with antenna, private bathroom and conjugate room that can function as a closet or accommodate extra guests. Bedroom with single bed and bunk bed. Full social bathroom, full kitchen, outdoor area with dining table, open outdoor patio and laundry area. Guest access We offer a parking space in the internal garage with an electronic gate, but the street is also quite quiet for parking. The building's gates cannot be left open for more than a minute or the general alarm will go off (this includes the garage gate, pedestrian gate, and internal glass door that gives access to the floors). Just close them and the alarm will stop ringing, but we ask that you avoid it as much as possible so as not to disturb the other residents. Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor and has a private area, ideal for sunbathing early in the morning, or for your pet to burn off some energy. The ground floor of the building is only a garage.
