Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT & MUST AGREE COMPLY: **long term stays (21 nights or more) require a intermittent cleaning of $95 every 21 nights stay. Short term and long term guests must keep and maintain the basic cleaning of the property to avoid extra cleaning fees. **Please make sure the number of guests in your booking is accurate. Cameras have been placed to ensure booking occupancy matches your reservation. If there’s a discrepancy, you will be asked to cancel the booking and immediately moved from premises with NO REFUND + a violation charge. **No parties, No large gatherings, No shoes on carpet, No smoking inside nor In lanai, No candles allowed inside home. If traveling with a pet. You must clean pet hair on carpet and all surfaces. Pets must always have a leash when being walked and patron must pick up after pet deposits. **No outside huddle, no visitors.
