The space This is my peaceful, courtyard facing, fully equipped, 33 sqm studio with a balcony for you. I adore it and decorated with care, i hope you'll find it a nice place to stay from where you may start discovering Budapest. Here are the details why i like it so much: • Excellent access to public transport only 15 minutes from city center even at nights. • The flat is in one of the most beautiful districts of Budapest. • The spacious, private balcony with outdoor furniture surrounded by trees and bird singing. This is a good place if you want to have an ice-cold "fröccs" (wine - usually white or rosé - mixed with sparkling water. It is a Hungarian specialty). • The well-equipped kitchen where you can find all the tools you need to cook something delicious (incl. dishwasher). • The sofa bed is super comfortable and it is a queen size one. I provide fresh bedsheets as well. • The bathroom with the huge shower, a bidet, toiletries, hairdryer, washing machine and fresh towels. • Fast wifi, but no television, so if you wish to watch a movie, you need to bring your laptop. • Against for the summer heat there is an AC. • Nestle 600 meters from Millenaris Park, which is a modern cultural complex with exhibition halls and it also has a pond surrounded by a large park. • Also 600 meters far from Lukács Thermal Bath, a spa that can trace its roots back as far as the 12th century. • 700 meters far from the best and most popular market (Fény street market) which has a large selection of organic and protected origin goods. • The flat is 900 meters from Margaret Island. This is Budapest's main recreation and recuperative center for locals. It contains countless dogs and joggers, bunch of meadows and more trees. • The Buda Castle is 1km far from the flat which is a really enjoyable walk through the lovely streets. These spots make this location great for quick access to the outdoors while also really near to the downtown area. I will provide you a booklet with my personal (and some hidden) tips (restaurants, bars, sights etc.) to enjoy the city as a local.
