Rainbow Retreat
Traveling medical personnel, professionals or students needing a quiet retreat from their hectic day-to-day demands will relish relaxing at Rainbow Retreat! Others, transitioning to the area and awaiting real estate closings will find solace here! And of course our northern guests that are just sick and tired of freezing temperatures, sleet, snow, icicles, having to shovel their way out of driveways and risking lives driving on black ice highways are welcome as well! The space Rainbow Retreat is a two story 1320 sq.ft. condominium featuring shared living areas on the first floor and dedicated non-shared bedrooms & baths on the second story. The upper level is accessed by a carpeted 13 step stairway that exhibits a normal rise over run incline typically found in residential applications. There is also a solid wood stairway handrail for your safety. On the first floor is found the shared: front door entryway and hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, screened lanai, laundry room and exit doorway to the carport. On the second floor is found the private guest bedroom & bathroom, our shared hallway, and my private non-accessible master ensuite bedroom. An additional screened lanai is also located within the master area but is private as well. And again, not accessible by guests. The master bedroom ensuite located within the shared hallway is secured by a locked door ensuring the privacy expected by myself and Rainbow Retreat guests. As a general rule, that doorway would be always locked. Guest access Parking is ample, with clearly marked spacious stall widths, it’s only steps away from your entryway and couldn't be easier! During your stay I will almost always be available for questions via at least one of these methods: in person, cell phone call, cell phone text or email. In the perfect world, I’ll be able to respond within an hour with hopefully a positive satisfactory answer! Worst case scenario would probably be no more than 4 hours, and that would only be because of cell phone coverage and/or I’m at work and I need to responsibly wait until I have an employee break to respond. Other things to note Rainbow Retreat is centrally located with easy access and travel times to many points and places of interest. Local interesting venues include: robust local performing and visual arts at the Art Center of Citrus County is less than 10 minutes away; less than 15 minutes away is Withlacoohee 64 Mile Rails to Trails paved biking & hiking trail; Biking, hiking, swimming, tubing, canoeing and kayaking at Rainbow Springs State Park; Swim with the Manatees at Three Sisters Springs; Scalloping during season in the Gulf of Mexico at Crystal & Homosassa Bay, and outstanding flats fishing for Snook, Red Fish and many other gamefish species.
