This is a new 2 Bedroom heritage apartment situated in serene surroundings right next to Hauz Khas monument and lake. This 3rd floor apartment has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, sitting area, a fully functional kitchen & a balcony. The apartment has been tastefully furnished with heritage furniture and the balcony offers marvelous views of the 13th -century fort and the lake. The property is named after Harphool Singh, one of the ancestors of the founding fathers of Hauz Khas Village. The space The apartment consists of 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen and a sitting area. Apartment has a big balcony (with outdoor furniture) overlooking the fort and the lake - a great place to chill out with a bottle of wine. The apartment has been furnished with handpicked antique furniture. Beds come with super comfortable mattress and pillows with finest quality linen. Apartment has a fully loaded kitchen with cooking range, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, full size refrigerator, cutlery and basic food groceries. Apartment comes with free wifi and 55 inch LCD TV. Guest access There is a single apartment on each floor and guest get access to the entire floor with a private entrance. This apartment is in 3rd floor. There is no lift but we have helper to assist in carrying luggage. Also there is a security barrier just as you enter HKV. You will need to give them the address of the property i.e Harphool Nivas, 51, Hauz Khas Village and they will let your vehicle pass through till the property. Other things to note Hauz Khas Village is set amidst beautiful parks, forest and lakes. I would strongly urge the guests to explore these places - maybe for a leisurely morning walk, a quick jog or a yoga session in the sylvan surroundings. A yoga mat comes gratis with the room :-) Also don't forget to explore the incredible gastronomical delights HKV has offer. Apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. However there will be help in carrying out luggage. Will be happy to assist with Airport transfer and driver charges almost same as radio taxi, it's just to facilitate the guest for a smooth transition from Airport to the apartment. Pick up is 15 USD, Drop is 8 USD. (Pick up is higher due to high parking charges) Valid ID with address required at the time of check in Valid Visa and Passport for Non-Indian guest is mandatory. No Parties or get togethers allowed.
