The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you. Other things to note A car-parking space with a plug for winter engine heating is available in the yard of the main building. Here you can also charge your electric car using your own cable (charged according to comsumption). Electric car charging is NOT included in the price.
