This space is priced for two people. There is a $30 ($34.20 including tax) nightly charge for each animal and an additional person beyond two. The additional fee doesn't automatically calculate when booking, so we will charge the additional amount separately after confirmation. The laundry is in a common laundry room, with direct access from your apartment. You'll have a designated parking spot just in front of your private entrance and porch. There is a TV with Roku streaming capabilities. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a double bed. The huge fenced backyard is also yours to use and share with the residents in the other units. Self-check-in with a lock box, so late check-in is not a problem. You'll be given the lock box code a few days prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. We offer early check-in for $50.00.
