The tenant in the basement unit is very helpful when needed (a kind graduate student who knows where everything is and can answer most questions). Their living space is completely separate from the house and they won’t enter your space unless you request their assistance. Other things to note Everything is within easy walk/ride/drive from here. From the R.E.M Trestle, to every venue in town, UGA, Sanford Stadium, and anything else that you might enjoy in town. The greenway is next door, you can bike, run or go for a stroll in nature.
